Disaster logistics nowadays play a leading role in addressing the content and use of reserves of material resources for emergency response logistics, which is a new scientific and practical direction in the modern economy, the central place in dealing with transportation and material management.

• The necessity and usefulness of the provisions of the logistics and methods for the formation of special reserves of material resources in emergency situations;
• Based on the study of logistics organization principles of creation, maintenance and use of material resources for dealing with emergencies investigated their typology, identifies the economic aspects of the formation and maintenance of reserves;
